Requirements Gathering
Before we even thought about a user interface design or wrote one line
of code we had to define all the requirements of the finished application.
It's definitely a time of collaboration with users, designers, developers, and management
in order to meet the user requirements as well as the business requirements.
Also, it is key to prioritize these requirements to be prepared for issues that arise during development and time becomes
limited.
